For over 23 years RSG Media Systems has been at the pulse of innovative software solutions that service the various functionalities of the digital publishing, media and entertainment industries. Our products are pragmatic and user-centric; and designed to maximize revenue at all levels of the operational process: from proposal and plan building, to inventory and intellectual property management, to finance reconciliation. Years of industry know how and expertise has allowed RSG Media Systems to design software that delves straight to the sources of greatest concern for the business users. We understand the tools needed to make companies profitable and efficient. We pride ourselves on “smart tools” that produce actionable results and create sustainable competitive advantages for our clients. RSG Media Systems also designs strategies and implements custom technology solutions to meet our clients’ needs. Our product line includes: RightsLogic®, an enterprise rights and royalty management solution; Planit™ an ad sales proposal management system; AdVant™, ad sales revenue optimization software designed to assist media companies in maximizing revenue, and Zoox™ digital ad sales software for pricing, inventory, and analytics groups. Established in 1985, by Mukesh Sehgal, we are headquartered in New York City, with offices in North Carolina and Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Mukesh Sehgal, President & CEO, RSG Systems, Inc.
For over 20 years Mr. Sehgal has guided teams to build high performance financial and media management systems using proven leading edge technologies and processes. Under his leadership, RSG Systems has partnered with industry leaders to develop the media management systems crucial to supporting their business strategies. These include systems for budgeting, subscriber billing and cash application, and rights management, as well as executive information centers that let senior managers easily access and analyze business data. Using Mr. Sehgal’s experience and proprietary methodologies, RSG has helped clients smoothly complete the transition to new systems without disrupting workflow. In addition to his role as founder and CEO of RSG Systems, Mr. Sehgal is the author of an authoritative best- selling book on relational database management systems that still retains a 5-Star rating on Amazon. Mukesh received his M.B.A. degree from the India Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Jerry Cooper, Board of Advisors, RSG Systems, Inc.
Mr. Cooper brings nearly 30 years of experience with Viacom and its subsidiaries, where he led the vanguard in finance, tax, operations, and information technology. His vision for streamlining financial systems and processes to improve productivity and empower senior management is the driving force that guides our efforts. Mr. Cooper spent 12 years as Executive Vice President, Finance, and Operations of Showtime Networks Inc., where he was responsible for Finance, Network Operations and Information Systems as well as handling new technologies, new media, business development, organizational change and strategy. As acting President he launched Lifetime Television Network, and is one of the founders of the Cable Health Network. Cooper holds an LLM in Taxation and a BS in Accounting from New York University, a JD from Brooklyn Law School and an AA from The George Washington University.

Professor Sridhar Seshadri, Board of Advisors, RSG Systems, Inc.
Professor Seshadri is currently a professor of Operations Management in the IROM department, McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He is an expert on optimization techniques, stochastic modeling, and design of supply chains. He is the author of several books and articles on optimization and software. He is an Associate Editor for Naval Research Logistics, a Senior Editor for the Production and Operations Management Journal and the Area Editor for Inventory, Reliability, and Control for Operations Research Letters. He received the degree of Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India, in 1978, the Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India, in 1980 and the Ph.D. degree in Management Science from the University of California at Berkeley in 1993.

Laurel Meredith, Vice President, Business Development
Laurel Meredith offers extensive experience in project management and new product development for media companies. At Universal Television Group she worked on a year-long project to develop a largely effective Affiliate Sales system. At Lonely Planet Publications, she was responsible for creating new digital consumer products. As Vice President, Product Management at Bertelsmann’s BOL, she oversaw all front-end development for a multinational ecommerce website. At RSG Media Systems, she calls on her background as a literary agent at Brockman, Inc. to unwrap the complexities of Rights Management. Today Laurel oversees all business development and sales strategy for RSG Media Systems. Laurel received a B.A. from Cornell University.

Ramakant Arcot, Senior Media Systems Architect
Ram Arcot has over fifteen years of experience in the analysis, design and development of enterprise software solutions arena. He started out developing and deploying client/server solutions and streamline data for mission-critical systems for clients in the media, entertainment and publishing industries. He was the chief architect of RSG’s first intranet web based solution, which is used to- date internally by RSG. In 2000, Ram headed the Product Engineering team at RSG, and built XPeranto, a java based Data Integration Server. He was also responsible for building business process management products such as Process Designer and Query Studio to complete a formal data integration suite of products. He was also the chief architect for RightsLogic® Today an expert, Ram, is the Vice President of Engineering at RSG Media Systems. Ram received his Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Computer Aided Design, from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA, in 1991.

Thomas Siegman, Vice President Client Services
Since the year 2000, Tom has worked with RSG’s clients to discern opportunities and devise strategies to take advantage of emerging technologies, manage their content rights, improve customer experience; and leverage advanced mathematics to optimize ad revenues. Before joining RSG Tom was a domestic brand manager in Japan for one of Japan’s largest consumer packaged goods company. He has conducted business in 40 countries on 6 continents, speaks Japanese fluently, and is a member of MENSA. Tom received his MBA from Thunderbird – The Garvin School of International Business, and his BA from Oberlin.

Cirilo Rosado, Vice President, Technology and Office Infrastructure Services
Cirilo has been in the technology and communications field since 1973, where he began his career as a field engineer with NCR Corporations. In 1990 he joined CT Corporation, a division of Commerce Clearing House, a major publisher and provider of corporate legal services with more than 70 offices across the country and a client base of several hundred thousand businesses. While there he helped CT Corporation and CCH earn its first JD Powers Award for an internal software application. He was a key player in shutting down two main frame datacenters and building a new 6,800 sq foot datacenter at their new facilities in downtown NY. Cirilo has been on board at RSG since 1998. He is responsible for building and maintaining all technology and office and infrastructure services for RSG’s three locations (New York, India, and North Carolina) and was responsible for the implementation of our offices in India.

Mayank Agarwal, Sr. Manager, Business Development and Strategy
Mayank Agarwal has over ten years of experience in the media and telecommunications industry. He started his career in technology in the mobile industry, and built cutting-edge multimedia technology for mobile phones at Nokia Research Center. Mayank currently leads business development and new product strategy for Ad Sales products at RSG Media. Mayank received his MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU, specializing in Media, Entertainment and Technology.

Sriram Subramanian, Senior Optimization Specialist
Sriram leads the Yield Optimization team at RSG that specializes in creating revenue optimization solutions for the media industry particularly around the Ad sales processes. He has lead the successful launch of the AdVant Revenue Optimization suite of products targeted for the cable broadcast industry and also the revenue optimization modules for Zoox suite of products. He also has significant experience solving large scale optimization problems in supply chain and distribution logistics, particularly creating practical solutions for optimized storage in large distribution centers. He has graduate degrees in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from North Carolina State University and Georgia Institute of Technology. He has published in the IIE Transactions as well as presented in academic conferences on the topic of Operations Research.

Bruce McKinnon, Principal
Bruce is a veteran business operator (GM/COO/CEO) focusing on consumer and professional services. His leadership style is profiled in a popular Harvard Business School case-study. As a service operations generalist, McKinnon has had leadership roles in industries undergoing rapid transformation: cable TV, large law firm, printing & distribution and the launch of cell phones. Bruce received his AB from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
