UttonNicholas A. Utton, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, E*TRADE Financial Corporation
Nick Utton, Chief Marketing Officer, is responsible for E*TRADE FINANCIAL's marketing initiatives, including advertising, direct online and offline marketing programs and branding campaigns. Best known for spearheading the launch and global rollout of MasterCard International's renowned "Priceless" ad campaign, Mr. Utton has over 25 years of product management and consumer brand marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and profit growth. Prior to joining E*TRADE FINANCIAL in 2004, Mr. Utton served as Executive Vice President at JPMorgan Chase where he oversaw consumer and business marketing for Chase Financial Services, a $15 billion consumer division of JPMC. Mr. Utton has also held senior management positions with such leading consumer brands as Unilever, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Revlon International, Cadbury Schweppes and MasterCard International.
Mr. Utton holds a graduate honors degree in commerce, majoring in business economics from University of South Africa, Pretoria, and a bachelor's degree in commerce, majoring in business administration and marketing from University of Natal (South Africa).

Karen Duke is a media and technology professional with more than 20 years in management experience. Currently, she serves as the Director, Digital Media Solutions, for Edge Technology Services, a leading professional services company in the media sector. There, she consults with media enterprises on building a sustainable, revenue-generating digital media offering. Prior to Edge, Ms. Duke worked at Discovery and Turner Broadcasting on various Digital Media projects. Earlier in her career, she spent 18 years at Disney/ABC Radio as she was Vice President of sales operations, managing targeted advertising for their offline and online businesses. She holds a Business Administration degree from Institute of Technology, Athlone, Ireland.

Lucas Lucas Black, Director, AOL Advertising Product Management
Lucas has been in the digital advertising space at AOL for over six years. During this time he has led systems transition activities including the move from AOL’s proprietary ad serving systems to DoubleClick’s DSM/DFP platform, from DoubleClick to ADTECH including a custom build Media Planning and inventory management application, and implementation of Rapt’s pricing analytics tools Price Director and Business Advisor. Prior to AOL, he provided CRM management consulting for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and KPMG Consulting, largely working on business process improvement and implementation of Siebel and Epiphany CRM systems.

Michelle Burnham, President, Burnham Marketing
Michelle leverages her extensive digital marketing expertise to help companies expand their digital knowledge, capabilities, resources and bandwidth, in the areas of ad operations, campaign management and organizational development, across a wide range of agency and marketer clients. Prior to Burnham Marketing, Michelle was Director of Campaign Development for Horizon Interactive.

Dan Manco, Digital Entrepreneur & Consultant
Dan Manco is a highly accomplished NYC-based strategist, marketer, producer, and serial entrepreneur. For more than 15 years, Dan has been building cutting-edge Web 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 businesses for both traditional media entertainment companies and stand-alone digital start-ups. Dan is currently working on a newly launched niche audience advertising network (ZypeNetwork.com) and pre-alpha social media, real-time mobile application (Pocketcrowd.com).

Jennifer Jennifer Hanks, Independent Consultant
Jennifer has over 10 years experience in digital media. She started off her career at Engage Media/Flycast, the first ever internet ad network, where she helped launch and manage the publisher and advertiser side of the b2b and then b2c ad networks. After the dotcom 'bust', she helped bring 'brick and mortar' advertisers online with acquisition and list management campaigns at Prospectiv Direct.
In 2004,she joined the New York Times and held many roles there including Director of Ad Operations and Director of Digital Development. In her years at NYT, Jennifer was involved in a multitude of projects including: building a sales support team, implementing new systems(workflow, yield management, billing), and outsourcing. She oversaw business planning, new media (video/mobile), remnant and ad network strategy, and helped in the launch of the NYT Global Edition with International Herald Tribune. In 2009, Jennifer launched and headed AdMonsters global consulting group where she worked with a multitude of digital clients across the industry. Prior to her digital career, Jennifer worked in Hollywood at ICM.
Jennifer holds an MSc in Business from the London School of Economics and a BA from Barnard College.
