RSG Media understands that when your site goes down, so do your sales. When we host your site, we require only 20 minutes of downtime a week (during off hours) and guarantee 99% uptime. We offer support 24 hours a day seven days a week. Not only do we fix problems, but we help prevent them by performing regular database maintenance. And if for some reason there is a problem, you can call us and leave a message to kick off our tried and true support process.

Case Study
One of our clients asked us to develop a string of websites to showcase their products. They asked us to support the entire product cycle from web development, to server maintenance and hosting, to reporting. In this case, we manage both the hardware and software. When this client requests a content change, we code it and build it.
RSG Media developed the reports according to specification, but went a step further and created a custom transaction portal where the client could view sales information using any web browser. The customer expressed a business problem – the need for customized management dashboards, available 24/7 – and RSG Media delivered it in a timely manner and as a result the client’s web business has grown from $0 to $22M within a few years.
