Distribution 360 (D360), a leading global rights management company, successfully launched RSG Media’s Rights Essentials software platform on March 23, 2023. The innovative solution, designed for small to midsized companies, offers a range of features tailored to meet D360’s unique business and technical requirements.
The Rights Essentials project is built upon a Cloud native, SaaS, multi tenancy platform which provides D360 with a robust set of tools, including Asset Maintenance, Rights In, Rights Out, Finance, Participations, Sales Avails Reporting, List Maintenance, Security, and UI Architect. The platform allows D360 to efficiently manage their extensive asset library, ensuring future scalability, and offering critical sales avails reporting functions.
Key collaboration efforts between D360 and RSG Media’s implementation team led to the successful configuration and deployment of the system. The low-cost cloud instances made sure that D360’s infrastructure had a small footprint and kept costs down. The self-service configuration options and custom reporting features met the unique business needs of D360.
Following the completion of contract loading and full deployment, RSG Media plans to continue the engagement with D360 through RSG’s Customer Success and Satisfaction Program (CSSP) to continually improve the system and maximize a positive return on investment. Future improvements include the deployment of RSG Media’s self-service Business Intelligence report builder and additional analytics tools to help D360 optimize sales strategies.
